HBC-1019  Heat conductive Silicone Grease

I. Characteristic:

The HBC-1019 is made from the imported raw materials and production formula. It make use of metal oxide which contain thermal-conductivity & good insulation, and the organic siloxanes. The HBC-1019 have it has excellent insulation performance and thermal conduction, high temperature and low temperature resistant 
(it can be long-term used between -50 â„ƒ to 200 â„ƒ), good stability, lower construction consistency and good performance. The materials are the non-toxic , non-corrosive , tasteless,non-drying, indissoluble.

Compare to the common heat conductive silicone grease, the advantages of the HBC-1019

A, the thermal conductivity is high, the thermal conductivity achieves 1.2W/(mK), which is the most important evaluation of the thermal conductivity for heat conductive silicone grease.

Cleaning the surface to be coated, remove oil; then directly paste the heat conductive silicone grease  
onto the surface to be coated.please pay  Attention to the construction of the surface should be uniform, 
as long as can be coated with a thin layer

V. Notices：

The heat conductive silicone grease is not good to over use to paste on the surface, 
but assured fill in the gap under the premise, the thinner the better.
